Tech-led commercial ventures · Nairobi
Rhodenne designs, prices and launches the services that run on mobile networks and pay-TV platforms: bundles, value-added services, streaming and the analytics that decide what comes next.
Trusted by leading African telcos and pay-TV groups
What we do
We work where networks, content and money meet. Most engagements touch more than one practice.
Regulatory framing, operator partnering and engagement, including introductions to the right teams. As a registered Content Service Provider (CSP), we can take services live on operator rails.
Value-added services built on operator rails: revenue share, billing and partner onboarding.
Streaming and pay-TV partnerships, content deals and voucher-led distribution.
Commercial models, forensic analysis and dashboards that turn data into the next move.
How we work
Short engagements with a clear decision at the end of each stage, so you can stop, scale or switch direction.
We read the numbers first: subscriber base, channels, pricing and partner economics, and where revenue is leaking.
The proposition, the partners, the commercial structure and the business case your board signs off.
Launch, distribution and the KPIs we report against until the service stands on its own.
Our partners
We have worked alongside these organisations on commercial strategy, partnerships, analytics and digital services.

Sister company
Based in the Netherlands, AfriConnect helps content owners and technology companies abroad find their partners in Africa. Rhodenne builds the commercial deal on the ground.

About Rhodenne
Rhodenne is led by Roy Njuguna, a commercial executive with more than 17 years in telecoms, digital financial services and streaming.
He spent seven years at Safaricom and most recently was Regional Head of Partnerships at MultiChoice (now Canal+), where he led the region’s streaming platforms, partnerships and commercial growth. His work covers telco bundling, indirect distribution, OEM and retail channels, and OTT growth.
Roy holds an MSc in Finance and Marketing and a degree in actuarial science, so every recommendation comes with the model behind it.
